SAN DIEGO – May 9, 2008 – CB Richard Ellis announced that Laciport Inc., doing business as Tropical Smoothie, has pre-leased 1,600 square feet of retail space at the planned shopping center at South Melrose Drive and Sycamore Avenue in Vista from Tmack/Melrose LLC.
